The first photo is selected before she even walks into the room. She took her own on my phone weeks ago, but she has no idea we are going to use it. It's my only strategy to make her laugh as payment for the interview.
Today I am grateful to sit across from a young lady, from a few in a room, and listen and ask questions and brilliance shines.
